Where to Find the San Andreas Chassis Car?

Chassis cars are mainly distributed in the southeastern area of Los Angeles. There are two at the airport gate, which is the second intersection after exiting the airport gate. Turn left, and you will find two chassis cars nearby. There is also one on the road where the first modification garage is located. There are no other fixed hidden cars.
When playing San Andreas, I often roam around gang territories looking for lowriders. These cars are mainly found in the El Corona neighborhood of Los Santos, especially in the alleys near CJ's hometown where you can always bump into them. The Vagos gang-controlled areas are also good spots, like near the graffiti walls in East Los Santos where lowriders with vibrant gang logos are often parked. Remember in the Grove Street Families territory missions, Sweet will ask you to steal a territory car - those lowriders can be modified to hydraulically dance. If you can't find any, just stake out near the TransFender mod shop in the evening when the spawn rate is super high. Lowriders handle nimbly but tip over easily; I recommend upgrading the suspension before participating in dance competitions - the prize money earned is faster than doing main story missions.
