If the name on the driver's license does not match the name on the ID card, you need to apply for a replacement at the vehicle management office where the driver's license was issued or at a vehicle management office outside the issuing jurisdiction. According to Article 60 of the "Regulations on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driver's Licenses," under any of the following circumstances, the motor vehicle driver shall apply for a replacement at the vehicle management office where the driver's license was issued or at a vehicle management office outside the issuing jurisdiction within 30 days: 1. Within the jurisdiction of the vehicle management office, if the motor vehicle driver's information recorded on the driver's license changes; 2. If the driver's license is damaged and becomes unreadable. When applying, you must fill out an application form and submit the driver's identity proof and the motor vehicle driver's license.
