Vehicle licenses are processed at the local vehicle management office nearest to you. The vehicle license is issued when registering the motor vehicle. Required materials for application: 1. Original copy of the 'Motor Vehicle Registration, Transfer, Cancellation/Import Application Form'. 2. Original and photocopy of the vehicle owner's identity proof. 3. Proof of origin for the motor vehicle. 4. Original copy of the domestic motor vehicle's whole vehicle factory qualification certificate; original copy of the 'Goods Import Certificate' for imported motor vehicles. 5. Proof of payment for vehicle purchase tax or tax exemption certificate. 6. Proof of compulsory traffic accident liability insurance for motor vehicles. 7. Proof of payment or tax exemption for vehicle and vessel tax.
