If the vehicle license is lost, it must be replaced at the vehicle management office of the original registration location; cross-region processing is not supported. Fill out the "Vehicle Registration Business Process Record Form," "Vehicle Registration/Transfer Registration Form," and "Application Form for Replacement or Reissuance of Vehicle License Plates and Certificates." Required documents include a copy of the vehicle owner's identity proof, 3 photos of the vehicle. If applying through a representative, a power of attorney and the representative's identity proof are also required. After acceptance by the vehicle management office, the new vehicle license can be obtained within 3 days.
