Civic adds windshield washer fluid in the washer fluid reservoir under the right front fender. The washer fluid filler port is located next to the right front fender and can be seen after opening the engine hood. Windshield washer fluids are divided into: summer windshield washer fluid and winter antifreeze washer fluid, with the difference being their freezing points. Precautions for using windshield washer fluid: 1. Do not add engine antifreeze to the windshield washer reservoir as it may damage the vehicle's paint; 2. Do not use vinegar and water solutions as they may damage the windshield washer pump; 3. Do not use water as a car window cleaner since water contains minerals that can form hard mineral particles, which may scratch the glass when the wipers operate and are also harmful to the wipers.
