Where to Add Water to the X-Trail's Radiator?

The X-Trail's radiator is located in the engine compartment, next to the windshield washer fluid reservoir. The car radiator generally refers to the car's cooling system radiator, which is part of the engine's liquid cooling system. The radiator in the engine's liquid cooling system consists of three parts: the inlet chamber, outlet chamber, main plate, and radiator core. The method for adding water and coolant to the X-Trail's radiator is as follows: 1. With the car engine cooled down, unscrew the radiator cap, open the radiator drain valve, and drain the coolant. 2. Insert a rubber hose connected to a tap into the radiator filler port, turn on the tap, and let tap water continuously flow through the engine cooling system. During this flushing operation, keep the engine idling and continue until clear water comes out of the radiator. 3. Turn off the tap, wait for the cooling system to drain completely, then close the radiator drain valve. 4. Add coolant from the radiator filler port until the radiator is full. Unscrew the reservoir cap, add coolant up to the 'Max' mark, being careful not to exceed it. 5. Replace and tighten the radiator cap and reservoir cap. 6. Start the engine and let it idle for 2-3 minutes, then unscrew the radiator cap. At this point, as some air has been expelled from the cooling system, the coolant level will drop. Add more coolant until it reaches the 'Max' mark. 7. Securely fasten the radiator cap.
