Where to Add Refrigerant to Car Air Conditioning?
1 Answers
Refrigerant is added to the car air conditioning through the refrigerant tank valve. There are two methods for adding refrigerant to car air conditioning: one is high-pressure end charging, which is suitable for charging after leak detection and vacuuming. Note that this method requires the compressor to be turned off, the engine to be stopped, and the refrigerant tank to be inverted; the other is low-pressure end charging, which involves adding gas and is characterized by slow charging speed, suitable for supplementing refrigerant. Situations where car air conditioning needs refrigerant: 1. If the air outlet temperature of the indoor air conditioning cannot reach below 16 degrees, refrigerant needs to be added; 2. If the air outlet temperature can reach below 16 degrees but takes a long time, refrigerant also needs to be added.
