Where Should the Temporary License Plate Be Placed?
1 Answers
Two temporary license plates should be affixed simultaneously. One should be placed on the lower left or right corner of the front windshield inside the vehicle, ensuring it does not obstruct the driver's view. The other should be affixed to the lower left corner of the rear windshield inside the vehicle. New vehicles using temporary plates must not exceed 15 days, and the owner should promptly apply for official plates from the vehicle management authority. Driving without plates may result in the vehicle being impounded by the traffic management department. Temporary license plates are issued by the vehicle management department when a car has not yet been officially registered due to pending procedures. Applicants must provide a company introduction letter, vehicle origin certificate, compliance certificate, and other relevant documents to the vehicle management office for processing.
