The wiper fuse in the Magotan is located in the fuse box on the left side of the engine compartment. Below is an introduction to the wiper fuse location and fuses: 1. Open the cover, and you can clearly see the specific locations of the fuses for each component written inside. 2. In the Magotan model, the wiper washer motor fuse is located in the No. 22 fuse slot (30A or 25A) in the fuse box on the left side of the engine compartment. 3. There are many electrical devices in the car circuit connected by wires of different colors, among which the fuse is the most important component that cannot be overlooked. 4. The term "fuse" is a customary name, and it is referred to as a "fusible link" in national standards. The function of a fuse is to protect the circuit (wiring) and electrical equipment.

I've been driving my Magotan for six or seven years and have encountered the wiper fuse issue twice. The thing is hidden behind the small storage compartment at the lower left corner of the driver's seat—just reach in and you can feel the plastic cover. Last time when the wipers stopped working on a rainy day, I opened the cover and checked the F16 slot, and sure enough, it was blown. The newer models also have a spare behind the glove box on the passenger side, but veteran drivers recommend checking the driver's side first. When replacing it, always remember to turn off the engine, use plastic tweezers to remove the burnt fuse, and replace it with a new 15A blue one. Last time after replacing it, I even dripped some lubricant on the wiper linkage to prevent it from jamming again—after all, frequent fuse blows might indicate resistance in the mechanism. The quickest way to locate it is to check the circuit diagram on page 78 of the owner's manual, which saves time compared to searching blindly.

How to Solve the Problem When the Car Door is Frozen and Won't Open?

The solutions for a frozen car door that won't open are: 1. Use a hairdryer set to low heat and blow along the door seam for a full circle; 2. Then switch the hairdryer to high heat and blow along the door seam again for another full circle to thaw the door; 3. Immediately after thawing, use a dry cloth to wipe away the melted snow water to prevent refreezing; 4. Alternatively, you can pour hot water over the frozen car lock and wait for two minutes to thaw it, but be sure to promptly clean the water inside the lock cylinder to prevent it from freezing again; 5. Another method is to heat the car key with a lighter, repeatedly warming the key before slowly inserting the hot key into the lock to melt the ice inside.

What is the method to reset the tire pressure light on the Lamando?

Lamando's tire pressure light reset method: 1. Turn on the ignition switch, there is a reset switch above the brake pedal; 2. Press the reset switch, the warning light will flash for 5 seconds, then the tire pressure will be reset and the tire pressure monitoring light will be turned off. Tire pressure is the blood pressure of a car, and the level of tire pressure plays an important role in the car's performance and power. The Lamando is a compact new car launched by SAIC Volkswagen at the Chengdu Auto Show, with body dimensions of 4599mm, 1826mm, 1425mm, a wheelbase of 2656mm, and a top speed of 225km per hour.

What is the normal range for short-term fuel trim?

Short-term fuel trim values between -5.2% to -8.6% are considered normal. Short-term fuel trim is a real-time correction control of fuel injection quantity based on the oxygen sensor's feedback regarding the air-fuel mixture's richness or leanness in previous working cycles. Through continuous short-term fuel trim adjustments, the mixture concentration is maintained as close as possible to the theoretical air-fuel ratio. Factors affecting the fuel trim coefficient include engine misfires, exhaust flow restrictions, low fuel pump pressure, or clogged fuel injectors, which can be inspected accordingly. If the combined value of long-term and short-term fuel trim adjustments exceeds 5%, it may indicate potential issues such as clogged injectors, eroded spark plugs, poor fuel quality, malfunctioning mass air flow sensors, or overdue fuel filter replacement.

What are the differences between right-hand drive and left-hand drive cars?

The difference between right-hand drive and left-hand drive cars lies in their positions: right-hand drive means the driver's position is on the right side of the cockpit; left-hand drive means the driver's position is on the left side of the cockpit. Generally, continental countries such as China, the United States, France, and Germany use left-hand drive, while countries like Japan and the United Kingdom use right-hand drive. When driving on the right side of the road, the driver can rest their left hand on the steering wheel to maintain control while using their right hand to shift gears and operate the central console. Driving on the left side allows for quicker right turns, and since humans typically have their right eye as the dominant eye, placing the driver's seat on the right side of the vehicle makes it easier to observe oncoming traffic.

What to Do with High Tire Pressure?

Solutions for high tire pressure: 1. Drive the vehicle to a 4S shop or repair shop to release air using professional inflation equipment; 2. Get off the vehicle, unscrew the tire valve cap, and press down the valve core inside the valve for manual air release. During the process, release air in small amounts and stages, while continuously monitoring the tire pressure monitoring system to avoid insufficient tire pressure due to excessive air release. Tire pressure plays a crucial role in the daily driving of a vehicle, affecting aspects such as fuel consumption and comfort. Excessive tire pressure reduces tire friction and adhesion, impacting braking effectiveness, and may also cause steering wheel vibration and deviation, thereby reducing driving comfort.

How to Cancel the Tire Pressure Warning Light?

The method to cancel the tire pressure warning light is: find the tire pressure monitoring option in the car button menu on the right side of the central control panel and reset the tire pressure monitoring. Insufficient or excessive tire pressure may cause the tire pressure light to illuminate. The driver can slowly drive the car to an auto repair shop or a car beauty shop to adjust the tire pressure. If a self-equipped inflation device is available, adjustments can be made on the spot. Tires are often used under complex and demanding conditions, enduring various deformations, loads, forces, and high and low temperatures during operation. Therefore, they must have high load-bearing performance, traction performance, and cushioning performance. Additionally, they are required to have high wear resistance and flex resistance, as well as low rolling resistance and heat generation.
