Where is the windshield washer fluid reservoir located in the X-Trail?

X-Trail's windshield washer fluid needs to be refilled in the engine compartment. To refill, first open the engine hood, then locate the cap marked with a water spray symbol on the left side - this is the windshield washer fluid reservoir. Simply pour the washer fluid directly into this opening. When adding fluid, be careful not to overfill. Some foam at the reservoir opening is normal and won't affect usage. The X-Trail windshield washer fluid refill procedure is as follows: 1. First use the wiper switch knob to spray out the old washer fluid. 2. After completely draining the old fluid, add a small amount of new washer fluid solution. 3. Activate the wiper switch again to clean out any remaining old solution. 4. When no more fluid sprays from the nozzles during this second activation, fill the reservoir with approximately 4L of new washer fluid to complete the process.
