The windshield washer button is located on the wiper control lever on the right side of the steering wheel. Pull it towards yourself and hold for a while to activate it. Windshield washer fluid, commonly known as car windshield cleaning fluid, is a consumable in automotive use. It is mainly composed of water, alcohol, ethylene glycol, corrosion inhibitors, and various surfactants. Functions of windshield washer fluid: 1. Cleaning performance: Surfactants usually have wetting, penetrating, and solubilizing functions, thus playing a role in cleaning and removing dirt; 2. Anti-freezing performance: The presence of alcohol and ethylene glycol can lower the freezing point of the liquid, thereby providing anti-freezing effects; 3. Anti-fog performance: It prevents the formation of fog droplets, ensuring the windshield remains clear and transparent with a clear view; 4. Anti-static performance: After cleaning with the washer fluid, substances adsorbed on the glass surface can eliminate static charges on the glass surface.
