Where is the temperature sensor for the footwell air vent in the Mercedes Vito?

The temperature sensor for the footwell air vent in the Mercedes Vito is located next to the ignition switch, on its right side, inside the instrument panel. Location of the air conditioning pressure sensor: It is generally installed after the dryer and is used to detect the hydraulic pressure of the liquid refrigerant flowing through the expansion valve. Three wires detect high and low pressure. When a refrigerant leak and compressor oil loss occur after a car collision, to prevent compressor damage due to lack of oil, the compressor power is quickly cut off once low pressure is detected. When high pressure is detected, the compressor power needs to be reduced to avoid wasted effort. Location of the air conditioning temperature sensor: It is usually installed inside the temperature sensing bulb and serves as the evaporator temperature sensor. When the cooling reaches a certain level, the compressor needs to be shut down; otherwise, continued cooling may cause frost formation, eventually leading to ice blockage.
