The Sylphy has a total of 4 sunroof drainage pipes, located at the four corners of the sunroof. If not properly maintained during daily use or parking, especially when parked under trees where branches, leaves, and fruits accumulate on the sunroof, these pipes can become clogged over time. This prevents water from draining efficiently, leading to water accumulation that may seep through the interior panels into the car, causing leaks. Additionally, the Sylphy features drainage holes for the sunroof, fuel tank cap, beneath the doors, trunk lid, and engine compartment. The door drainage holes are situated at the bottom of the door panels, typically with at least two per door. Most vehicle models do not have separate drainage channels inside the doors; instead, rainwater flows directly over the rust-proofed door panels and exits. If these drainage holes become blocked, retained water can damage the audio system, window regulators, and central door locks.
