Where is the right turn stop line located?

When encountering a red light, vehicles must wait behind this line for the green light and must not cross it. It is generally perpendicular to the pedestrian crossing. Conditions allowing right turns: Under normal circumstances, traffic regulations permit vehicles to make a right turn directly from the right lane, provided that it does not interfere with vehicles proceeding on a green light. Conditions prohibiting right turns: When there is a separate right-turn arrow signal light showing red; when auxiliary signs such as 'No right turn on red' or 'Right turn prohibited on red' are displayed at the traffic signal.
