The yellow circle indicates the reverse radar. Actually, this question is asked by quite a few people. I remember repairing several Envisions before, and the reverse radar module is mostly hidden inside the trunk. It's usually behind the interior trim panel on the left or right side, and in some models, it might be fixed on the inner side of the lining near the spare tire well. If you're looking for it yourself, you'll first need to remove the sound insulation and plastic panels in the trunk to take a look. However, this job is quite hard on the back, so make sure you have all the necessary tools, like trim removal tools and socket wrenches. If you can't find it, try opening the trunk and tracing back along the wiring harness of the radar sensors—the place where the wires converge is usually where the module is located. Older models and aftermarket installations might have different locations, so keep that in mind.
