Where is the radar switch for Infiniti Q50?

Shifting into reverse gear activates the reverse radar switch. When moving forward, the Infiniti reverse radar is turned off by default. When you shift into reverse gear, the reverse radar automatically turns on. The reverse radar, also known as "reverse collision avoidance radar" or "parking assist device," mainly consists of ultrasonic sensors, a controller, and a display. The main functions of the reverse radar are: 1. Accurately measuring the distance between the rear of the car and the nearest obstacle. 2. When reversing to the limit distance, it can emit rapid warning sounds to remind the driver to pay attention to braking. 3. It can repeatedly emit voice warning sounds to alert pedestrians.
I've been driving the Q50 for three years, and the radar switch is located in the button area just below the left side of the steering wheel! Look carefully for a button with a car rear pattern and sound wave symbol—press it once and the dashboard will display a radar-off icon. The car's design is quite smart—the rear radar automatically activates when shifting into reverse, and the front radar automatically engages at speeds below 10km/h. However, once after a car wash, I noticed false radar alerts. Holding the switch for 3 seconds to enter maintenance mode fixed it. Just remember not to cover the sensors with metal decals in daily use.
