Where is the oil filter for the Audi Q5 located?

Audi Q5's oil filter is located at the upper right front of the engine. The oil filter, also known as the oil cleaner, functions to remove debris, gum, and moisture from the engine oil, delivering clean oil to various lubrication points. To reduce friction between moving parts in the engine and minimize component wear, oil is continuously supplied to the friction surfaces of moving parts, forming a lubricating oil film for lubrication. Engine oil inherently contains a certain amount of gum, impurities, moisture, and additives. During engine operation, the introduction of metal wear particles, airborne contaminants, and the generation of oil oxidation products gradually increase the impurities in the oil. The Audi Q5 has a body length of 4629mm, width of 1898mm, height of 1655mm, and a wheelbase of 2807mm.
I've been driving an Audi Q5 for several years and am very familiar with the location of the oil filter change. It's located at the lower right side of the engine compartment, near the oil pan, usually covered by a plastic cap. If you're doing it yourself, you'll need to lift the car or use a jack to stabilize it, otherwise you won't be able to reach it. The location is designed to be easy to find, but you'll need a wrench to open the cap, drain the old oil first, and then replace the new filter. I remember one time I didn't notice the oil was too hot and almost burned my hand, so now I always wait for the car to cool down for half an hour before doing it. If the filter isn't changed regularly, impurities in the oil can damage the engine. I recommend checking it every 5,000 kilometers to develop a habit that extends the car's lifespan. Never skip this step to save trouble, as long-term accumulation of dirt will increase repair costs.
