Where is the Nissan Tiida washer motor fuse located?

Nissan Tiida washer motor fuse is located at the front left of the engine compartment. There is a black box inside, and opening the black box will reveal the washer motor fuse. Checking windshield washer operation: First, check if there is water in the windshield washer fluid reservoir, which is located on the right side of the engine compartment. When facing the front of the car, it's at the lower left side of the engine compartment, next to the engine generator. How to use the windshield washer: After filling the washer fluid, with the vehicle's electrical system fully powered (ignition in ON position) or with the engine running, pull the wiper control lever upward (toward the driver) for front windshield washing, or push it downward (toward the front of the car) for rear windshield washing.
I've driven several Japanese cars, including the Tiida. The washer motor fuse is usually located in the engine compartment fuse box. Open the hood, and you'll find a black or gray box near the front on the driver's side. Pry open the cover, and you'll see various fuse icons inside. Look for the one labeled 'WASHER' or 'WASHER PUMP,' typically rated between 10A to 15A. If the washer isn't working, first turn off the ignition, then use a fuse puller to remove and check if the fuse is blown. If it is, replace it with a new fuse of the same amperage—you can buy one at an auto parts store for just a few dollars. However, don't take it lightly; a blown fuse could indicate a short circuit in the motor or aging wiring. After replacing it, test the system. If it still doesn't work, the nozzle might be clogged or the motor could be faulty, requiring a visit to a repair shop. During regular maintenance, take a moment to clean the fuse box to prevent dust buildup, which can extend its lifespan. Driving in the rain with poor visibility is dangerous, so fixing it promptly is crucial.
