The MG 6 engine is produced by SAIC Motor. The MG 6 is a compact sports sedan, equipped with a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine across the entire lineup. This engine delivers a maximum power of 124 kW and a peak torque of 250 Nm, with the maximum power achieved at 5,500 rpm and the peak torque available between 1,700 to 4,300 rpm. It features direct fuel injection technology and utilizes an aluminum alloy cylinder head and block. The MG 6 employs a MacPherson strut independent suspension at the front and a multi-link independent suspension at the rear. Its dimensions are 4,704 mm in length, 1,848 mm in width, and 1,466 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,715 mm.
