Where is the Maserati Trunk Switch Located?

The trunk button is located on the door next to the driver's seat or on the key fob. Press the button: Open the car door, firmly pull up the button below the handle, then push the trunk upwards to open it. Press the one-touch trunk opening button in the middle of the key fob and hold it for about three seconds to open the trunk. Pull the locking mechanism: Most models have a small cover inside the rear trunk. Using a key or a sharp object, you can easily pry open the cover to reveal the trunk's locking mechanism. Gently pull it to open the trunk effortlessly.
The location of the Maserati trunk switch is actually quite easy to find. It's usually on the driver's side door panel—just press the button gently to pop it open. I drive the Quattroporte model, and the button is designed quite stylishly near the handbrake. Sometimes, it may also be located above the center console, depending on the model. The remote key also has a trunk icon button—just press it for quick access, super convenient. If you have a new car, it's best to check the user manual first, as there might be variations between different model years. For example, the Ghibli often has it on the door side, while the Levante SUV may have a button directly on the trunk lid. Remember not to press too hard to avoid wearing out the parts. Also, when cleaning, make sure dust doesn’t clog the switch. Since the trunk space is large, check if the switch operates smoothly before loading items to avoid getting stuck midway.
