Where is the Jetta's cabin air filter located?

The cabin air filter in the Volkswagen Jetta is located on the passenger side, beneath the glove compartment near the center console. Additional information: 1. To replace the cabin air filter, first open the glove compartment cover. Locate the fixing clip on the right side of the glove compartment and pull it outward firmly. Remove the fixing clip of the glove compartment cover to detach it. Squeeze both sides of the glove compartment towards the center with both hands, and the glove compartment can then be removed. Once the glove compartment is removed, you will see the cabin air filter cover. Press firmly on the fixing clips on both sides of the cover to remove it. Pull the old cabin air filter outward. Install the new cabin air filter and reassemble in the reverse order of disassembly (note the installation direction of the cabin air filter). 2. The cabin air filter is used to filter the quality of indoor or outdoor intake air. The engine air filter, on the other hand, refers to the engine intake system, which filters the quality of the engine intake air. Their functions are different. Generally, the replacement cycle for the engine air filter is based on air quality and mileage, while the replacement cycle for the cabin air filter is once a year or every 20,000 kilometers.
