Where is the idle speed motor located?

The idle speed motor is located on the bypass of the throttle valve, controlling the intake air volume on the throttle bypass. The engine idle condition is directly controlled by the idle speed motor. Composition of the idle speed motor: The internal structure of the idle speed motor mainly consists of a permanent magnet rotor, stator coils, and a threaded transmission mechanism. The idle speed motor is a stepper motor; for each command issued by the ECU, the corresponding stator coil is energized, causing the permanent magnet rotor to rotate by a certain angle. Function of the idle speed motor: The valve in the idle speed motor is a conical valve, providing relatively linear control over the intake air volume. The valve moves axially under the drive of the valve shaft, enabling precise control of the throttle bypass intake air volume and thus accurate regulation of the engine speed.
