High-pressure fuel pump is installed at the rear end of the cylinder head, connected to the gasoline low-pressure pipe and nozzle rail, and driven by the camshaft. The functions of the high-pressure fuel pump are: 1. It can increase fuel pressure to ensure full combustion of fuel; 2. It can achieve better atomization effect through high-pressure injection; 3. It can serve as a power source for hydraulic devices such as jacks, heading machines, extruders, and cotton gins. Symptoms of a damaged high-pressure fuel pump include: 1. Severe engine shaking; 2. Poor acceleration; 3. Unstable idle speed; 4. Difficulty starting or stalling. Causes of high-pressure fuel pump damage are: 1. Improper refueling behavior; 2. Do not wait until the fuel warning light comes on to refuel, as this will shorten the service life of the pump; 3. Too little fuel or running out of fuel can burn out or damage the pump; 4. Overfilling the fuel tank.
