Haval is a sub-brand under Great Wall Motors. Currently, Great Wall operates three main factories: the Xushui Factory, the Tianjin Factory, and the Baoding Factory. Among these, Haval brand vehicles are primarily manufactured at the Xushui and Tianjin factories. Below are the relevant details: 1. Xushui Factory: The Xushui Factory covers a total planned area of 13 square kilometers, comprising five major sections: the vehicle assembly plant, stamping and welding logistics park, comprehensive performance test track, supporting parts and components zone, and residential area. This factory mainly produces the Haval H8 and H9 models, with an initial annual production capacity of 200,000 units. 2. Tianjin Factory: Located in the Binhai New Area of Tianjin, the Tianjin Factory spans a total of 1,582 acres across two phases, with a planned annual production capacity of 500,000 units. Currently, it manufactures models such as the Haval H2, H6, F7, and F7x. The Tianjin Factory features four major production workshops: stamping, welding, painting, and assembly. The stamping workshop employs world-class robotic arms and automation systems, while the welding workshop utilizes the most advanced professional welding robots with a 100% automation rate. It can simultaneously produce three different vehicle models with a model changeover time of just 10 seconds. 3. Other Production Bases: Great Wall Motors has established production bases in Rizhao (Shandong), Zhangjiagang (Jiangsu), Pinghu (Zhejiang), Taizhou (Jiangsu), and Yongchuan (Chongqing), forming three major vehicle production regions in North China, East China, and South China. This 'Golden Triangle' production layout comprehensively covers the domestic market. For overseas markets, Great Wall Motors operates the Tula Factory in Russia and KD factories in Ecuador, Malaysia, Tunisia, among others, to support its global expansion.
