Last month when I traveled to Zhejiang, I made a special trip to visit Geely's factory located in Ningbo. The scale was enormous, and the Emgrand is assembled there with a super busy production line every day. There were so many automated machines in the factory, and worker friends mentioned that quality control is very strict to ensure the cars are safe and reliable when they leave. There are also branch factories in Baoji and Taizhou, covering nationwide production demands. As a young person, I think understanding where cars are manufactured is important, especially during the rise of domestic cars. Seeing the production process firsthand made me trust the Emgrand even more. The quality is genuinely good, and the price is affordable. I recommend visiting the factory if you get the chance—it will definitely be an eye-opening experience. The main production bases are in the Zhejiang area, which significantly boosts the local economy and creates many job opportunities.

How to Solve the Issue of Nissan Sylphy's AC Freezing Without Pump Shutoff?

First, check whether the air conditioning pipeline pressure is too high. Excessive pipeline pressure can make it difficult for the electromagnetic clutch to engage, leading to overcurrent protection. Inspect the electromagnetic clutch circuit for poor contact. The current is relatively high during operation, and it is not uncommon for the circuit to measure normally but malfunction during operation. Finally, check whether there is an issue with the electromagnetic clutch itself. Generally, there are no other problems. If it is a constant-temperature air conditioning system, also consider whether there is an issue with the control module.

Why Does Fuel Consumption Increase After Transmission Replacement?

Replacing the transmission may result in higher fuel consumption due to reasons such as insufficient tire pressure, tire wear, and poor fuel quality. Insufficient Tire Pressure and Tire Wear: If tire pressure is insufficient or tires are worn, the friction between the tires and the ground increases, leading to greater resistance and higher fuel consumption. Severe tire wear can also cause frequent slipping, which similarly increases fuel consumption. Poor Fuel Quality: Using low-quality gasoline can lead to increased carbon buildup. Excessive carbon deposits roughen the intake pipe walls, negatively affecting air intake efficiency and the quality of the air-fuel mixture, thereby causing a significant rise in fuel consumption.
