Where is the GAC Aion fuse located?

The GAC Aion fuse box is located in the engine compartment and under the dashboard. The car fuse box is a container used for installing automotive fuses. According to the size of the installed fuses, it can include: Small car fuse box; Medium car fuse box; Large car fuse box. Common injection molding materials include: plastic, nylon, bakelite, PBT engineering plastic, each material has different high-temperature resistance levels. Fuse color standards: International standards for automotive blade fuse colors: 2A gray, 3A purple, 4A pink, 5A orange, 7.5A brown, 10A red, 15A blue, 20A yellow, 25A clear, 30A green, and 40A dark orange. Different colors clearly indicate different ampere ratings.
In my GAC AION S, the fuse box is usually located in the left area of the engine compartment, near the battery box or firewall. When you open the hood, you can see a black or gray plastic box labeled 'Fuse.' I remember being quite puzzled the first time I looked for it, but later found the exact location by checking the user manual—there's a dedicated section on the electrical system with clear diagrams, making it easy to locate. If you notice a blown fuse causing your lights to go out or the AC to stop working, don’t rush to replace it yourself. First, check if it’s due to a short circuit or overload, such as inspecting battery connections or common devices for faults. If the location is unclear, take a photo of the box with your phone to check the labels and avoid accidentally damaging other components. Safety reminder: Always park and turn off the engine before operating to prevent electric shock or damage to the wiring. Last time, my cigarette lighter fuse blew due to an overheated phone charger. Replacing it with a new fuse took just a few minutes, but for more complex issues, it’s better to visit a service station for peace of mind.
