Where is the fuse located in the BYD F3?

The BYD F3 has two fuse locations. One is responsible for the safety of the car's external electrical components, such as the ECU, windshield washer fluid, lights, horn, ABS, and other circuits, and is located in the engine compartment. The other ensures the normal operation of the car's internal electrical components, such as the cigarette lighter, power windows, power seats, and airbags, and is generally located on the left side of the steering wheel. The BYD F3 is a compact car introduced by BYD, with dimensions of 4533mm in length, 1705mm in width, and 1490mm in height, and a wheelbase of 2600mm. It is equipped with a 1.5L naturally aspirated engine, delivering a maximum power of 80kW and a maximum torque of 148Nm, with the maximum power achieved at 5800rpm, paired with a 5-speed manual transmission.
When I first drove the BYD F3, I also couldn't figure out where the fuses were located. It took me quite a while to understand. There's a small cover on the lower left side of the dashboard in the cabin. Just give it a gentle push to open it, and you'll see a row of fuses inside, each corresponding to different functions like headlights or the radio. There's also an auxiliary fuse box in the engine compartment, located next to the battery, near the bottom of the windshield. If it's your first time looking for them, it's best to check the owner's manual—it has detailed diagrams so you won't get lost. Safety is crucial, so remember to turn off the ignition and disconnect the negative battery terminal before handling anything. Don't touch the fuses directly with your hands to avoid electric shock. If a certain function stops working, it might be a blown fuse. Gently pull it out and check if the filament is broken. Just replace it with a new fuse of the corresponding amperage. But if you can't figure it out, don't force it—head to a repair shop and let a professional handle it. They'll fix it quickly and safely. Make it a habit to check them regularly to avoid car troubles disrupting your travel plans.
