Where is the fuel tank switch located on the Geely Boyue 1.8T?

The fuel tank switch of the Geely Boyue is located on the left rear side of the vehicle. The fuel tank cap can only be opened when the vehicle is unlocked. You need to stop the vehicle, turn off the engine, and press the right side of the fuel tank cap to pop it open. The tethered fuel filler cap is located inside the fuel tank cap: Slowly turn the fuel filler cap counterclockwise to remove it. When refueling, hang the fuel filler cap strap on the bracket on the fuel tank cap. To fill the fuel, insert the fuel nozzle fully into the filler neck to prevent fuel spillage. After refueling, reinstall the fuel filler cap by turning it clockwise until you hear a click. Emergency opening of the fuel filler cap: If the vehicle's fuel filler cap cannot be opened normally, use the emergency release handle located on the left side of the trunk trim panel to open it.
I just bought a Geely Boyue 1.8T and was curious about where the fuel tank switch was located. It turns out there's a small button labeled "Fuel Tank Cover" on the door panel to the left of the driver's seat, near the door handle. Pressing it allows you to open the fuel cap outside for refueling. It took me some time to find it at first, but after trying it, I found it quite handy. Remember to turn off the engine when refueling to avoid safety hazards. If the car is locked, you might need to unlock it first to use the button. This design is for anti-theft purposes. For daily use, keep the button area clean to prevent dust buildup and jamming. I think beginners should practice a bit more—once you get familiar with it, it won't be a hassle.
