First, enter the driver's seat and then turn off the car. After the car is turned off, shift into the parking gear and then take the key out of the car. Walk to the driver's side of the car, which is the left side, and the fuel tank cap is located there. After approaching the fuel tank cap, gently press the fuel tank cap with your hand, and you will hear a pop sound, and the fuel tank cap will automatically pop open. If you want to refuel, you can proceed to do so. Except for refueling, please do not make any modifications to the fuel tank, otherwise, it may easily cause problems.

I remember when I first got my Geely car, I was also looking for the fuel tank cap switch, which was quite confusing. Usually, the switch is located on the inner side of the driver's door, near the sill, with a small fuel tank icon or a label that says 'Fuel Tank.' Just pull that lever gently, and the cap will pop open automatically, which is quite convenient. For some newer Geely models, like the Boyue or Xingrui, there might be a button under the steering wheel or on the center console that you need to press to open it. If it doesn't open, remember to check if the car doors are unlocked, as the cap won't open when the car is locked. It's best to turn off the engine before refueling to avoid any risks. I also recommend occasionally wiping the switch area to prevent dust buildup from causing it to jam. Additionally, if the lever feels too loose or unresponsive, it might be due to aging cables or a fuse issue, and you should take it to a shop for repair.

Having driven Geely cars for many years, I've noticed that the fuel tank lid switch is typically located on the inner side of the driver's door or near the door sill, with clear markings for identification. The operation is very simple: just gently pull the lever with your finger until you hear a click, and the lid will open immediately. Some models like the Emgrand may have a dedicated button in the control area next to the seat. If you encounter difficulty opening the lid while refueling, avoid forcing it; first, ensure the car key is within the sensing range or that the doors are unlocked. Additionally, for maintenance, I make it a habit to check the switch cable once a year to ensure it moves smoothly, and I apply some lubricant to prevent rust and jamming. Over time, paying attention to these small details can save you from inconveniences, such as being stuck during refueling, which could disrupt your trip.

I usually repair my car myself and know that the Geely fuel tank cap switch is mainly located on the door or door sill. Pull the lever gently to open the cap—avoid using excessive force. If it doesn't open, it might be due to a loose wire or a blown fuse; don't force it. It's recommended to clean the switch regularly to prevent clogging and always turn off the engine when refueling.

How much transmission fluid does a Zotye T600 need?

Zotye T600 requires 4L to 5L of transmission fluid. Generally, it is recommended to change the transmission fluid every two years or after driving 40,000 kilometers. The timing for changing the transmission fluid can also be determined based on the working condition of the car's transmission. Depending on the type of transmission, transmission fluid is divided into manual transmission fluid and automatic transmission fluid. The quality of the transmission fluid directly affects the performance of the transmission. When the car is in operation, the transmission fluid is exposed to high temperatures. Prolonged operation under high-speed and high-temperature conditions can cause the fluid to deteriorate and evaporate. If the transmission fluid is not replaced after a certain period, its efficiency will decrease, and it may also affect the mechanical components inside the transmission. The lubrication and cooling properties of the transmission fluid will decline, leading to a jerky feeling during gear shifts, which can affect the normal use of the car and its comfort. New transmission fluid is red in color, but it turns black after being used for a certain period.

Can You Still Drive When the Water Temperature Warning Light Is On?

You should not drive when the water temperature warning light is on. The illumination of the water temperature warning light indicates that the vehicle's engine temperature is too high, and continuing to drive may damage the engine's power system. The reasons for excessively high water temperature include: 1. Insufficient coolant due to low fluid levels or leaks; 2. Abnormal heat dissipation caused by a faulty cooling fan; 3. Abnormal circulation heat dissipation due to a faulty water pump; 4. Engine malfunction or cooling system failure. The reasons for excessively low water temperature include: 1. A damaged thermostat; 2. A constantly running cooling fan. The normal operating range for a car's water temperature gauge is between 70 and 90 degrees Celsius. Its function is to indicate the temperature of the coolant in the radiator while the engine is running. The engine requires a specific operating temperature for normal performance, and temperatures that are too high or too low can adversely affect engine operation and performance.

Will the undercoating fall off if sprayed on tires?

Undercoating sprayed on tires will not fall off. Corrosion protection for the chassis: Car rust usually starts from the bottom plate. For example, washing water may remain at the bottom, and over time, it can become a potential corrosion factor, causing damage to the vehicle; Heat insulation and fuel saving: When entering summer, the cold air from the car's air conditioner sinks downward, while the hot air from the ground outside rises upward. Most of the cold and hot air exchange occurs on the vehicle's floor. The effectiveness of the vehicle's bottom protection directly determines the efficiency of the cooling energy utilization. After the vehicle's bottom is treated, the honeycomb-structured sound-absorbing factors in the coating will completely isolate the cold and heat; Noise reduction: When driving on highways, the friction noise between the wheels and the road surface is proportional to the speed. A well-protected vehicle bottom can significantly reduce the noise inside the car.
