Where is the fuel tank cap of Bora opened?

When the Bora is unlocked, the fuel tank cap can be opened by simply pressing it. When the car is locked, the fuel tank cap is also locked. There is no separate switch for the fuel tank cap in the Bora. The fuel tank capacity of the new Volkswagen Bora is 55 liters. According to national regulations, the nominal capacity of a car's fuel tank is 95% of its rated capacity. It is not recommended to fill the fuel tank completely, especially in summer. It is advisable to fill it up to two-thirds of its capacity. The Bora is the first independently designed model by FAW-Volkswagen, equipped with a 1.8L naturally aspirated engine and a 1.8T turbocharged engine. The dimensions of the car are 4523mm in length, 1775mm in width, and 1467mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2610mm.
When I first bought a car, I didn't know where the fuel tank cap was opened either. Later, I found it's quite simple and convenient in the Bora. Sitting in the driver's seat, look down at the floor area near your left foot. There's a small plastic lever or handle with a fuel pump icon engraved on it. Pull it up or press it (the method may vary slightly depending on the model), and the fuel tank cap on the rear side of the car body will automatically unlock and pop open. Then you can get out and unscrew it to refuel. If there's no response, don't force it - it might be stuck or clogged with dust. Just gently spray some rust remover. Remember to check that the lever area is clean before each refueling to prevent sticking, and ensure the cap is tightly closed after refueling to prevent leaks. Once you get into the habit, driving becomes much easier. New drivers will get the hang of it after trying a few times - my car has had no issues in three years of use.
