Chery Flagcloud 2 fuel relay is inside a black box next to the computer. The Flagcloud 2 fuel relay is located under the front hood, inside the engine compartment, in the black box between the upper left corner of the battery and next to the computer. Possible causes of Chery Flagcloud 2 fuel relay failure: Damaged fuel pump check valve: No residual pressure, causing difficulty in starting. Worn centrifugal pump impeller: Reduced fuel supply pressure, resulting in poor acceleration. Worn carbon brushes: Fuel pump stops rotating, unable to start. In such cases, tapping the bottom of the fuel tank may allow the pump to operate. Mechanical faults such as rotor jamming: Increased operating current of the fuel pump, causing relay or fuse damage.
