Where is the fuel pump relay located in the Mercedes-Benz E200?

Mercedes-Benz E200 fuel pump relay is located under the engine hood, near the battery, or inside the black box above the left/right front shock absorbers. Relay working principle: A relay functions both as a control switch and a controlled device (actuator). Taking the fuel pump relay as an example, it serves as the control switch for the fuel pump. However, the relay coil can only complete the circuit through the ECU's ground point when the driving transistor in the electronic control unit is activated. Relay composition: An automotive relay can be considered as an integrated unit consisting of two parts: the control circuit where the coil operates and the main circuit where the contacts operate.
