Where is the front parking buzzer located in the Passat?

The front parking buzzer in the Passat is located on the driver's side, near the left leg position, close to the inner side of the instrument panel frame at knee level. Buzzer components: The piezoelectric buzzer mainly consists of a multivibrator, piezoelectric buzzer disc, impedance matcher, resonance box, and housing. Some piezoelectric buzzers also have an LED installed on the housing. Buzzer principle: It operates based on the piezoelectric effect principle. When an alternating voltage is applied, it generates mechanical vibrations; conversely, when mechanical force is applied, it also generates voltage signals. Therefore, the piezoelectric ceramic buzzer disc can be adapted for use as a vibration sensor. The voltage signal generated by the piezoelectric ceramic buzzer disc under mechanical force is very weak, so a voltage amplifier is generally required when used as a vibration sensor.
