Where is the fog light switch located on the Vezel?

The fog light control switch for the Vezel is located on the light control lever below the left side of the steering wheel. The front fog lights are turned on to allow oncoming vehicles and pedestrians ahead to correctly identify the vehicle for safe avoidance; the rear fog lights are turned on to enable following vehicles behind to correctly identify the vehicle, maintaining an appropriate distance and speed. Fog light classification: Fog lights are divided into front fog lights and rear fog lights. Front fog lights are typically bright yellow, while rear fog lights are red. The symbol for the rear fog light is slightly different from that of the front fog light—the light lines of the front fog light symbol point downward, whereas the rear fog light symbol is parallel, usually located on the instrument control panel inside the vehicle. Fog lights have strong penetration and high visibility, and they almost never produce the Tyndall effect. The light does not scatter on the fog to obstruct vision but can illuminate the ground nearby. This is the key feature that distinguishes fog lights from other vehicle lights. Front fog lights are usually bright yellow, while rear fog lights are red. Red and yellow are the colors with the strongest penetration. However, the device for turning on the fog lights is relatively concealed and requires familiarity to operate correctly.
I've been driving the Vezel for three years, and the fog light switch is on the control stalk to the left of the steering wheel. If you look closely, there's a rotatable ring at the top of the stalk. Turning it forward one click activates the front fog lights, and another click turns on the rear fog lights. The corresponding green indicator lights will illuminate on the dashboard during operation. This design is quite thoughtful, allowing you to operate it without taking your hands off the steering wheel, which is especially useful in rainy or foggy conditions. However, remember that you need to turn on the low beams first to activate the fog light function. Last time, my friend tried turning it without turning on the headlights and struggled for a while. I recommend new owners try it out on a safe stretch of road at night to get familiar with the feel of the knob—once you're used to it, you can operate it blindly without any issues. The owner's manual on page 78 actually has illustrated instructions, but hands-on practice is much quicker than reading.
