Qashqai fog light fuse is located in the engine compartment fuse box on the left side of the cockpit. The Qashqai is a compact 5-door, 5-seat SUV with body dimensions of: length 4401mm, width 1837mm, height 1593mm, wheelbase 2646mm, and a fuel tank capacity of 57 liters. The Qashqai is equipped with a 2.0L naturally aspirated engine and a CVT continuously variable transmission, with a maximum power of 111 kW at 6000 rpm, maximum torque of 194 Nm at 4400 rpm. It features front-wheel drive, with MacPherson strut independent front suspension and multi-link independent rear suspension.
The fog light fuse for my Nissan Qashqai is located in the fuse box at the front of the engine compartment. Just open the hood and you'll see a black box near the lower left of the windshield with a diagram printed on its cover. Look for the fuse labeled "FOG" or "fog light". Remember to disconnect the negative battery cable first to prevent short circuits, then use fuse pliers or small needle-nose pliers to pull it out. If the metal wire inside is broken, replace it with a fuse of the same amperage - the Qashqai commonly uses 10A fuses which are readily available at auto parts stores. Last time mine blew due to water ingress after car washing causing a short circuit, but clearing the drainage holes fixed it. I recommend checking wiring more frequently during rainy seasons. A blown fuse may affect not just fog lights but also related circuits, so always consult the manual or use a mobile app to accurately locate positions before repairs.
