Where is the dome light fuse located in the Volkswagen Sagitar?

The dome light fuse box of the Volkswagen Sagitar is located on the left side of the center console, inside the cover panel above the driver's footwell. Steps to replace the fuse: Turn off the engine and power equipment; locate the corresponding position, use a small pry bar to open the protective cover, and you can see the component information on the inside of the fuse box; use a test pen to check whether the fuse is blown. If it is damaged, remove it with tweezers and replace it; only fuses with the same current rating (indicated by the same color and printed text) and the same size can be used for replacement; after replacement, check whether the corresponding component is working, otherwise send it to a repair shop for inspection in time. Precautions related to fuses: Installing fuses of different specifications may cause damage to components or even a fire risk; do not replace fuses with a current rating higher than the specified value, otherwise it may cause the component to burn out; do not splice broken fuses; do not use paper clips to replace the original fuse.
Last time I drove my friend's Volkswagen Sagitar, the dome light suddenly went out. It took me quite a while to locate the fuse position. Actually, it's quite hidden - inside a small panel door near the instrument cluster under the steering wheel. Just pull open the cover to reveal the fuse box, which comes with a diagram that looks like a maze labeling all fuse numbers. The dome light fuse is usually marked with C or F series numbers, like F41 or similar (may vary slightly across different Sagitar model years). It's quite simple to DIY: First turn off the engine and remove the key for safety; use small tweezers or fuse puller to gently grip the fuse; check if it's blackened and burnt out. If so, just spend a little money to buy a replacement with the same amperage rating. I've changed mine a few times and find DIY quite satisfying, but be careful not to disturb other wires. Always monitor your car lights' condition, especially for night driving - safety first!
