The central lock of Dayun Auto is a switch located next to the driver's seat. It can control the door locks and windows of the other three doors with a single button, preventing them from being opened freely. This eliminates the risk of doors opening accidentally due to misoperation, thereby enhancing driving safety. Currently, there are many types of central locks installed in vehicles, but their basic components mainly include the door lock switch, door lock actuator, and door lock controller. Most central lock switches consist of a master switch and sub-switches. The master switch is installed on the driver's side door, allowing the driver to lock or unlock all doors in the vehicle. The sub-switches are installed on the other doors, enabling individual control of each door. The central lock actuator is used to execute the driver's commands, locking or unlocking the doors. Door lock actuators come in three driving modes: electromagnetic, DC motor, and permanent magnet motor. Their structure changes polarity to reverse the direction of movement, thereby executing the lock or unlock action. The central lock also features a wireless remote control function, allowing doors to be locked or unlocked remotely without inserting the key into the keyhole. This is convenient at night, as it eliminates the need to turn on the light to find the keyhole for remote operation.
