Car turn signal switch is located on the lever behind the left side of the steering wheel. Pushing it downward with left hand activates the left turn signal, while pushing it upward activates the right turn signal. Function of turn signals: When turn signal is activated, the front, rear and side turn signals on that side will flash simultaneously to alert surrounding vehicles and pedestrians. Working principle of turn signals: The lamp uses xenon tube, controlled by microcontroller circuit that alternates left and right flashing continuously. When the vehicle turns, it activates flashing indicators in corresponding direction to warn pedestrians or vehicles in front or behind, indicating the vehicle's moving direction.

What type of motors are generally used for driving new energy vehicles in China?

Domestic new energy vehicles generally use permanent magnet synchronous motors for driving. More knowledge about new energy vehicle drive motors is as follows: Classification of new energy vehicle drive motors: DC motors, AC asynchronous motors, permanent magnet synchronous motors, switched reluctance motors. Characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motors: Simple structure, small size, light weight, low loss, high efficiency. Compared with DC motors, they do not have the disadvantages of commutators and brushes found in DC motors. Compared with asynchronous motors, they do not require reactive excitation current, resulting in high efficiency, high power factor, large torque-to-inertia ratio, reduced stator current and stator resistance losses, measurable rotor parameters, and good control performance.
