Where is the car's evaporator located?

The car's evaporator is located under the dashboard on the passenger side. The car air conditioning evaporator is installed inside the heater blower, which is a large plastic component containing air ducts, the evaporator, heater core, and other parts. The car air conditioning evaporator is placed inside the vehicle and belongs to a direct air-cooled structure. It utilizes the principle that low-temperature, low-pressure liquid refrigerant absorbs a large amount of heat during evaporation to remove heat from the surrounding air, thereby achieving cooling. The function of the evaporator is to allow high-temperature, high-pressure liquid refrigerant to enter the evaporator through the atomization effect of the expansion valve. As the pressure decreases, the atomized refrigerant vaporizes and turns into a gaseous state. During this conversion process, heat is absorbed, causing the surface temperature of the evaporator to drop. When air passes over the surface of the evaporator, it becomes cool air.
