Where is the car air conditioning blower installed?

Car air conditioning blower installation location is behind the glove compartment in front of the passenger seat or at the lower right corner of the instrument panel. After removing the glove compartment and the baffle, it can be seen. The function of the car blower is to blow the cold air from the air conditioning evaporator or the hot air from the heater core into the car. The blower operates with an eccentrically mounted rotor in the cylinder, changing the volume between the vanes in the rotor slots to suck in, compress, and discharge air. During operation, the pressure difference of the blower automatically delivers lubrication to the oil drip nozzle, which drips into the cylinder to reduce friction and noise, while preventing gas backflow in the cylinder. This type of blower is also known as a sliding vane blower.
I've been driving for twenty years. The blower motor is usually installed under the dashboard, near the passenger seat, sometimes hidden behind the glove box. This location is chosen because the air needs to blow from the front to cover the entire cabin. If you notice weak or no airflow while driving, the blower might be clogged or broken, and you'll need to open it up to check. I know in some sedans, the blower is directly connected to the AC system and hidden behind plastic panels. Replacing the blower yourself isn't too difficult, but be careful not to damage the wiring. This design makes maintenance a bit tricky but ensures efficient delivery of cold or hot air. In winter, the heater relies entirely on it, and its position has remained largely unchanged for years, even in modern cars. I recommend regularly checking the filter to prevent dust from affecting the blower's performance. After all, if you don't understand the blower's location, AC issues become hard to solve.
