Chery Fengyun 2's cabin air filter is located in the upper left part of the engine compartment, specifically beneath the right wiper (the wiper in front of the passenger seat). The cabin air filter cover is secured by two screws. After removing these two screws and lifting the cover, you can see the cabin air filter, which can then be removed (note the clips). Below is an introduction to the functions of the cabin air filter: 1. It ensures the filter fits tightly against the housing, preventing unfiltered air from entering the cabin. 2. It separates solid impurities such as dust, pollen, and abrasive particles from the air. 3. It adsorbs moisture, soot, ozone, odors, carbon oxides, SO2, CO2, etc., from the air, with strong and long-lasting moisture adsorption capabilities.

I just replaced the cabin air filter of my Chery Fengyun 2 by myself last week. It's hidden behind the glove compartment on the passenger side. You'll need to remove the glove box first - there are plastic clips on both sides, just squeeze them toward the center to release the whole unit. Look down and you'll see a long plastic cover plate. Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws on the cover, then pull it out to access the filter. Note that the filter has a specific orientation with airflow direction arrows - don't install it backwards. The OEM filter is quite thin, but after I upgraded to a thicker activated carbon filter, there's no more weird smell when I turn on the AC. Better wear gloves during the operation - last time I got a red scratch mark on my wrist from the metal bracket inside.

Sis, I totally get it! Last time I went for maintenance, the 4S shop charged me 200 bucks just to replace the cabin filter. After getting home, I researched it myself. It's located on the passenger side—just empty the glove compartment and firmly press down on the limiters on both sides to remove the entire glove box. Then you'll see a black plastic cover; you can unscrew the fixing bolt with a coin. Remember to wear a mask when handling it—the old filter was full of dust and leaves, absolutely disgusting! When installing the new filter, make sure the side with the UP arrow faces upward, and be careful not to bend the pleats when sliding it in. Now you can buy filters on Pinduoduo for just 20 yuan—doing it yourself saves so much money!

How to Solve Honda Engine Vibration?

The most common cause of car vibration is a dirty throttle body or excessive carbon buildup in the fuel injectors. Cleaning the fuel system and removing carbon deposits is recommended. Check the condition of the spark plugs, high-voltage wires, and ignition coils. Inspect if the spark plugs have excessive carbon buildup and replace them if necessary. If you have already cleaned the engine carbon deposits and replaced the spark plugs but still notice body vibration at idle, it is advisable to visit a 4S shop to check the fuel supply pressure.

How to Remove Paint from Another Car on Your Own Vehicle?

Apply a small amount of solvent (such as thinner) to a cloth and wipe gently to avoid damaging the paint. First, try using wax for polishing, preferably automotive beauty wax. Be mindful of the pressure during polishing to prevent over-polishing and damaging the paint. For deeper or more stubborn marks, a polishing machine may be necessary to avoid excessive manual scrubbing. If wax is unavailable, try using a mild abrasive toothpaste, which can effectively remove minor marks.

Why is the Volkswagen Bora display not lighting up?

The reasons why the Volkswagen Bora display is not lighting up include a dead battery, a burnt-out display screen, or poor wiring connections. Dead Battery: The battery itself has a certain service life, typically around 3 years. If the battery has reached the end of its service life or is severely depleted, it can cause the display screen to not light up. Solution: Use a multimeter to check whether the battery voltage is normal, and replace the battery if necessary. Burnt-out Display or Poor Wiring: The display screen itself may have malfunctioned and burnt out, or there may be loose connections, short circuits, or open circuits in the wiring behind it, preventing the display from lighting up. Solution: Check the wiring connections.
