Where is the cabin air filter located in the Camry?

The cabin air filter in the Camry is located behind the glove box. Open the glove box, and you'll find an L-shaped cover inside. After releasing the right-side latch and removing it, you can see the cabin air filter cover. Pinch the limiters on both sides to remove the cover, and then you'll see the cabin air filter. The Camry measures 4885mm in length, 1840mm in width, and 1445mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2825mm. As a midsize sedan, the Camry offers two gasoline-powered models, equipped with 2.0L and 2.5L naturally aspirated engines respectively. Additionally, the Camry also offers a hybrid model, featuring a hybrid system that combines a 2.5L engine with an electric motor.
When I drove a Camry, I used to change the cabin air filter frequently. It's located behind the glove compartment on the passenger side. You need to open the glove box first, remove all items inside, then look for small clips at the bottom or sides of the compartment. Press them gently to release and remove the glove box. You'll then see a rectangular cover - opening it reveals the filter slot. Remember to install the new filter according to the arrow direction. I've changed it several times myself, typically once a year or every 15,000 kilometers. Otherwise, you'll notice dust in the air which can be quite unpleasant. If you're unsure, check the owner's manual or watch online tutorial videos - you'll get it done quickly. It's such a simple job that there's no need to waste money at the dealership. Saves both hassle and money.
