2008 Elysee's cabin air filter is located under the front passenger dashboard, next to the air conditioning vents. Here are the steps to replace the cabin air filter: 1. Open the glove box and pull down the small hook on the right side. 2. Squeeze both sides of the glove box inward to remove it. 3. This is the cabin air filter compartment, release the clips on both sides to pull it out. 4. Pull out the filter frame, install the new filter, and reinstall the glove box. Notes: After being used for a period of time, the activated carbon filtration function in the cabin air filter will diminish. You can purchase a compatible cabin air filter for replacement. Replace it once a month in summer, and it may not need replacement in seasons when the air conditioning is not in use.
