Where is the BMW parking light switch located?

Generally, it is located on the left side, near the headlight adjustment switch. There are two types of parking light switches: rotary knob style and lever style. To turn on the parking lights, rotate the round knob at the top of the headlight control switch on the left side of the steering wheel to the parking light position.
The BMW's parking light switch is on the stalk to the left of the steering wheel. Just rotate the knob at the top and you'll see several light symbols - the one that looks like a small bulb indicates the parking light position. I usually keep it on AUTO mode out of habit, so the parking lights automatically turn on when it gets dark, which is super convenient. If you manually turn them on, remember to switch them off before locking the car to avoid draining the battery. This stalk also controls turn signals and high beams - when I first used it, I accidentally activated the high beams on the highway at night and got flashed by cars behind me, but now I'm much more familiar with it. Proper lighting is crucial for driving safety, especially at dusk or in rainy conditions, as keeping your parking lights on helps other drivers see your vehicle's outline clearly.
