Audi's tire pressure reset button is located in the circular button on the center of the dashboard. The specific method is to press the CAR menu button, then rotate the central circular button to set the reset, select tire pressure reset, and the tire pressure monitoring system will store the current normal tire pressure data, automatically clear the original data. Finally, the warning light on the dashboard will turn off, indicating the tire pressure reset is complete. Tire pressure reset is an operation performed on the tire pressure monitoring system to reset it after resolving tire pressure faults. Abnormal tire pressure warning lights generally occur due to the following 3 reasons: Abnormal tire pressure: Typically, the system will alert when pressure is below 1.8bar or above 3.0bar. In this case, tire inspection and pressure adjustment are required. Tire pressure monitoring not reset: After inflating the tires, if the tire pressure reset is not performed promptly, the tire pressure monitoring system will still record the original data, causing the tire pressure warning light to illuminate. Simply performing a tire pressure reset will resolve this. Damaged tire pressure sensor: The tire pressure sensor, which monitors tire pressure, is directly installed inside the tire and connected to the tire inflation valve. If the tire is impacted while driving, damaging the sensor, it can also trigger the tire pressure warning light. For sensor damage issues, the only solution is to replace it with a new component.
