How to Remove a Car Sunroof?

Take out a small flat-head screwdriver and gently pry open the trim panel along the gap with the small flat-head screwdriver. Be careful to do it lightly to avoid breaking the plastic clips inside. Remove the right-side screw. Take out a T-20 spline and use it to gently remove the screw. Keep the removed screw safely. There is a screw on the left side securing the sunroof switch. Remove the second screw and keep it safely for reinstallation. Take out the small flat-head screwdriver again and gently pry open the clips on both sides with it. This will separate the sunroof switch from the headliner. Take out the T-20 spline and use it to remove this screw. Disconnect the wiring harness plugs at the sunroof switch—there are three in total—one by one.

Place one rubber circle onto the valve stem and install it onto the rim. Then, fit another rubber circle over the valve stem on the outside of the rim.
