Where does the Naiying Expressway run from and to?

Naiying Expressway runs from Naiman Banner to Yingkou. It is a planned expressway route in China and serves as a connecting line of the national expressway network. The Naiying Expressway starts from Huanghua Tara Sumu in Naiman Banner, Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in the north, and extends to Qiankanzi Bridge in Dashiqiao City, Yingkou City, Liaoning Province in the south. Construction of the Naiying Expressway began in September 1999 (Yingpan section), with the Yingpan section opening to traffic on August 23, 2002. The Fupan section was opened to traffic on July 31, 2013, and the northern extension of the Fupan section was opened to traffic on November 1, 2013. As of August 2020, the remaining sections have not yet been opened to traffic.
