The starting point of the G25 Expressway is Changchun, and the ending point is Shenzhen. The starting point of the G25 Expressway in Changchun is at the ramp endpoint of the West Railway Station Interchange on the West Fourth Ring Road, intersecting with the Changchun Ring Expressway. It passes through Daling, Huaide, Qinjiatun, Bawu, Shiwu, Sangshutai, and Shuangshan, ending at the Dahu Interchange in Dahu Village, Shuangliao City, where it connects with the Shuangliao Bypass Section of the Da-Guang Expressway. The total route length is 124.681 kilometers. The main construction content of the G25 Expressway includes: subgrade engineering, pavement engineering, bridge and culvert engineering, safety facilities, greening and environmental protection projects, building construction, and electromechanical engineering. The construction period was from 2012 to 2015. The project commenced full-scale construction in April 2013, with most land acquisition and demolition work completed in 2014 to accelerate construction progress. In 2015, the 118.5-kilometer section from Daling to Shuangliao of the Changchun-Shuangliao Expressway was completed and opened to traffic.
