Where are the fog lights on the Passat?

The fog lights on the Passat are located at the light switch below the left side of the steering wheel. Turn the headlight switch to the position for parking lights or headlights, then pull the switch upwards. Pulling it one notch turns on the front fog lights, and pulling it two notches turns on both the front and rear fog lights simultaneously. The purpose of fog lights is to make the vehicle visible to others in conditions of reduced visibility, such as fog or heavy rain, by using a light source with strong penetration. The Passat is a mid-size sedan designed by Volkswagen AG in Germany, classified as a B-segment car in the Volkswagen lineup. Its models include the New Passat 1.4TSI, New Passat V6, Santana Zhijun 1.8L, Passat B8, and Passat Lingyu, among others.
