Where are the fog lights on the car?

Fog lights on a car are located at the front and rear of the vehicle. The number of fog lights varies depending on the car model. For most models, the front fog lights are yellow, while the rear fog lights are red. Their purpose is to illuminate the road during rainy or foggy weather and to alert vehicles in front and behind. There are two ways to adjust the fog lights: 1. Through the light adjustment assembly—turning the knob clockwise once activates the front fog lights, and turning it twice activates the rear fog lights. 2. Using the car’s adjustment lever—pushing the middle position of the light adjustment lever inward once activates the front fog lights, and doing so twice activates the rear fog lights. In terms of light sources, car fog lights include halogen fog lights and LED fog lights.
With over a decade of driving experience, I've done some research on fog light positions. Front fog lights are usually located below the bumper, one on each side, positioned lower than the headlights. Some vehicles integrate them into the headlight assembly – those small round lights you see. Rear fog lights are typically positioned in the center or slightly to the left at the rear, emitting strong red light penetration. Many cars only have one on the left side. When looking for them, you can crouch down to check the lower front and rear of the vehicle – they're more noticeable when the lights are on at night. Different vehicle types may have slight variations in positioning; SUVs have higher ground clearance for their fog lights to avoid damage when driving on rough roads.
